Qualifications and Regulations

To qualify as a senior, date of birth must be January 1, 1948 or earlier (Ontario Seniors Privilege Card Required).
To qualify as a junior, date of birth must be January 1, 1992 or earlier (copy of birth certificate and/or student card required).
Junior with reasonable ability may play with an adult anytime – otherwise at the discretion of Harmony Creek Golf Centre
Family membership consists of 2 adults and 2 juniors.
Cheques are made payable to HARMONY CREEK GOLF CENTRE LIMITED.
Tee off reservations are recommended 5 days in advance.
Applicant acknowledges there will be no compensation should a particular hole (s) be unplayable due to improvements or conditions beyond the control of the Harmony Creek Golf Centre.
Applicant understands that Harmony Creek Golf Centre Limited will open as early as possible and remain open as late as possible during the season as conditions permit.
It is the applicant (s) responsibility to be aware of all tournament bookings. A monthly list is posted in the Pro Shop and it is up to the member(s) to be aware of tournament times and course closures. Harmony Creek Golf Centre Limited is not responsible for any delay (s) in tournament time frames.
Payment in full is required to activate membership.
Applicant acknowledges that this membership applies to the use of the 18 hole golf course only.
Applicant acknowledges that this membership is valid at Harmony Creek Golf Course only.

Proof of age may be required.
All members must sign in at the Pro Shop and present membership card prior to teeing off with each visit.
All golf accessories, power carts, pull carts, golf club sets, driving range fees, mini putt fees and any other miscellaneous items sold through the Pro Shop or Kiosk are additional costs and are not included in the membership fee.
All members agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing play as posted and acknowledge the right of management to cancel membership at its discretion upon returning any unused portion of the membership fee based on pro rata basis. Memberships voluntarily withdrawn prior to or during the season will not be refunded.
