RULES & GENERAL

INFORMATION

1) A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve the date & time of your tournament. Where a tournament consists of golf only, payment in full is due prior to tee off. Where a golf & meal tournament is booked, payment in full is due the evening of the function.

2) All prices are on a per person basis & include one round of 18 holes of golf, the room, meal, tax & gratuity.

3) Estimated number of players/guests must be given 2 weeks prior to tournament date. Confirmed number of guests must be given not less than 1 week prior to tournament and this number will be the minimum number charged even if fewer attend. Tournament Co-ordinator must provide Harmony Creek Golf Centre a list of all players & guests attending the tournament. This list will be used to verify attendance.

4) A shotgun tournament may take place with a minimum of 60 players.

5) A dress code is in effect and all players & volunteers must be properly attired. Only players with appropriate attire may tee off.

6) Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on the golf course when purchased by a Harmony Creek Golf Centre vendor only. Participants who bring their own alcoholic beverages will have them confiscated. We recommend very moderate drinking on the course.

7) Where a meal is involved, please advise of any special dietary restrictions or food allergies.

• (Only applicable for groups of 20 or less)
